Washing my Shoei Removable pads on my roadbike helmet????

Any tips on how to wash them? Should I put them in the dryer??

I would like to wash the entire inside of my helmet, because I was told it would make my helmet fit better, because they will get bigger, my helmet has kind of lost its snug feeling. Does anyone know if this works??

Throw the pads in with your laundry, no bleach, and do NOT put them in the dryer.  I've washed the inside of my helmet many times and I don't think it's ever gotten tighter as a result, it just doesn't have that nasty sweaty smell any more.

handwashing the interior would be better. dry it under the sun. dont put it in the dryer. it wont get any bigger. now if it begins to feel like it has lost its snug feeling, wear a bonnet or hood mask.
