I wonder is "Washington State University Vancouver"in vancouver or in washington?

i would apprictaite if u can give me any more infomation about that if u know ...

This is Washington State University, in Vancouver, Washington. This causes confusion, as British Columbia, just north of Washington, has a Vancouver as well, which is more well known. Anyway, this is one of several Washington State Universities; obviously, it is located in the city of Vancouver.
