No. I go to Washington almost everyday, and on the way there, I see a board that says "21 or over to enter this casino"

some places u can be 18 to play, i know of one for sure that is 18 and that is clearwater casino, u can play slots and table games but there are some card rooms that let you in at 18 but they are just card games like black jack pai gow poker 3 card poker spanish etc etc. but yea about 90% of the casinos are 21
