Wasim Akram shocked by Chris Gayle’s snub against India
The former Pakistan skipper, Wasim Akram was shocked by West Indies Cricket Board’s decision of sacking hard-hitting West Indies opener, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 and reckoned it as baffling to the cricketing world.
"Gayle not being part of the West Indies team, I feel is baffling to the cricketing world,” said the Akram while talking to a leading sports website. “Judging by his recent form, he is an automatic selection. In any version of the game, he is such a dangerous
and useful player," he insisted.
Despite finishing as the leading run-scorer in the recently concluded season 4 of the lucrative Indian Premier League, the Jamaican all-rounder failed to get selector’s nod for the upcoming home series against the men in blue starting on June 4 in Port of
