Wasp nest question!?

There is a wasp nest in my patio about as big as a ...ink cartridge, and it has a few white lumps on it...what are those white lumps?

It is the goo the wasps used to paste the nest to the wall.

wait until night fall then cover with plastic, get a small bucket that has a very strong solution of ammonia in it, pour it over the nest, hold down the plastic sheet, and wait until the noise dies down

the wasps deposit their young into the capsule shaped hole then cover it with the white covering kinda like an incubator when the young mature they will chew their way out and you will soon have more wasps. I would knock it down when it is not active and if you can reach it spray with bleach.
