I want to question people on perceptions of waste within what they buy.

What would you ask in a questionnaire?

What about restaurants and fast foods and the big portions they serve?  Cheap furniture that break in the first year, cheap shoes, useless toys,

I would ask about packaging, how many miles the goods had travelled, sweat shops (if talking about places that also sell clothes), carbon emissions, how far they travelled to get there, leaflets and free papers/magazines and once again packaging!
