  1. There are no pros. Just eat smaller servings of food. Also drink lots of water and eat green vegetables and lots of fruit. And stay away from processed foods and deep-fried foods. There is no way to get the perfect body overnight. Losing weight takes time. Don't do anything dangerous especially something as serious as starving yourself.

  2. You will die

  3. There are no benifits of starving yourself.

Eating speeds up your motabalism and helps burn fat while you exersize, and eating also gives you a good source of protein, so your nice, healthy and if you exersise, fit.

I notice this is a weight question as i dont think nobody would starve themselves for fun

  4. Trust me, no shallow "pro" of starving yourself is worth the negative outcomes.

I have been basically starving myself unintentionally for about a year now, and it's possible that I have developed several diseases because of it. Because my body has grown accustomed to starving itself, I can't eat regular meals, I can't eat many types of foods, I have no energy to do the things I love, and I have probably developed diabetes or hypoglycemia. That, coupled with low iron levels and overall decreased body function, will ultimately lead to an untimely and entirely uncomfortable premature death. In short, I have killed myself by not giving my body the nutrients it needed over an extended period of time.

Oh, and I will never be able to have children. My body can't even handle itself, let alone give birth to another.

    Hope I answered your question.

  5. There are no pro's to starving yourself.

First off you will deprive your body of nutrients it so badly needs, in turn you become quite ill and in some cases, cannot fix the damage done.

Also, when someone starves them self, they can actually gain weight. The body knows its in famine and when anything is ingested, it holds onto it for dear life because it is not sure when it will receive food again.

Starving oneself is nothing short of self neglect.
