  1. Ready to cook noodles, Soy Sauce and away you go

  2. y not a peper filled with rice and hot and bbq seaoned chicken tops

    had it yesteray

  3. Paella style dish, fry the onions and peppers chopped until softened, add the chicken (diced) and seal it.  Once that's done, add the rice and double the water (eg. 1 cup of rice:2cups of water) and a stock cube (veg or chicken). Let it simmer until rice has absorbed all liquid.

  4. pizza

  5. OOHH OOOHHH!! marinate the chicken in the peri peri sauce for a few hours, over night would be good if you could! cut it into strips or bite size pieces first.. Put some oil in the wok, add chopped onions.. saute it.. then cook the chicken.. cut up the peppers, add them..

    Serve with rice..

Thats it i'm off to nandos.. i want some chicken.

  6. Chicken Fried Rice. Just chop up everything you have and fry it in the wok.

  7. My wife cooks green peppers, onions, and can tomatoes and serves it over steamed rice.  She uses ground beef, but chicken should work just as well.   She only uses salt and pepper for seasoning, but you can spice it up a bit.

  8. Chicken Fajita!

    Yummm~

Serve it like they do in mexican resturants, bring it to the table while it's still sizzling.

It'll be cute and romantic. :)

  9. put anything with hot peppers it will taste gr8

  10. This is what I do....

season chicken on both sides and place in skillet with a little evoo ( extra virgin olive oil) add slices of red bell peppers and cook on low until done. Don't forget to put a lid over it.In the meantime, take 2 whole red bell peppers and cut into chunks and place in a blender with chunks of onions as well. A little of chicken broth will help aide in the blending process.

Blend to the point of liquifing the peppers. You may add salt and seasonings of your choice at this point. Pour in 1/4 c. of milk or cream to pepper mixture and blend until incorporated.

When chicken is done, pour pepper mixture over chicken and bring to a gentle boil, done! serve over rice.....yum!

  11. fajitas!!!

  12. Just chuck it all in together and hope for the best - but be careful with those pepepers - they can be lethal. Everything from indigestion to wind and diarrhoea......

  13. I suggest preparing the chicken however you are comfortable with, then slicing it into bite-sized pieces, and adding it into something along these lines:

Fry the onions in olive oil in your wok until they're translucent, add the diced peppers, and fry until they get very slightly soft, then stir in steamed rice and a tablespoon of tomato paste or a small half-can of tomato sauce (Del Monte works great). Then add in lots of paprika, sprigs of rosemary, sprigs of saffron (so good...), a tad of parsley or herbs (any will work) and tons of black pepper. You can add some red pepper flakes, or cut up chilies, too. Stir-fry as you would any rice dish, add in the sliced chicken, etc...add in some peas if you have them, or black olives, or diced eggplant, or garbanzo beans...it's so flexible.

    Hope this helps.
