  1. Drink the blood of Shaquille O'Neal.

  2. Drink milk.

  3. Now, this is only a rumour, but a science teacher at my school said that there is more chance of you growing if you lie completely straight when sleeping.

Rather than hunching up with your knees bent, keep as straight as you can.

This probably doesn't work, but it's worth a try!

  4. wear high heels when you go out.... whoops your a guy their nothing u can do sorry

  5. Work on your posture.. Having a perfect posture will make you at your full height also this will help your body grow up instead of over..

  6. Sleep! If your still growing you'll grow taller if you sleep! Your body does a lot when your sleeping, early nights for you then :) haha

    Hoped I helped :)

  7. Absolutely nothing. Unless you're under the age of 18, then there's a veeeeeery slim chance you can increase your height with the proper nutrients. Eat diversely and healthy, eat lots of fruits, vegs, get lots of lean protein etc. Lack of proper nutrition can stunt growth. After that it's all down to genetics.

  8. There is nothing you can do to get taller. If you are destined to be tall than you will grow if not there is nothing at all that you can do. Just accept yourself for who you are.

  9. dont believe any of those websites that over tablets and drinks which are supposed to make you taller.  all you can do is practise good posture, maybe yoga or pilates will help with this.  A cheat you could use is to buy those secret heel lifts they sell on ebay - they are an insole which slips into your shoe and gives you an extra 2".  i use them for when i wear converse and even when you take your shoe off no one can tell! you can even put them underneath your usual insole.
