An interview has 3 main phases. pre, the interview itself and post.

Pre- involves preparation. Research the company. Know basic details such as what the company offers, the goal, etc.

The interview itself-  Never be late. Try to be there at least 15 mins before the interview. Wear suitable clothing. Suitable depends on the job. This is where your previous research will help. Always try to be conservative in clothing.

At the interview try to be yourself, avoid slangs and try to maintain eye contact.This does not mean that you will eye ball your interviewer.

Post- Be prepared to ask questions. 3 questions is enough. For instance when will you receive a response or what is the next step. Thank the interviewer.
