Wat do nba players get after winning a nba champion back 40's and 50's?

individuals get a ring, mvp gets the mvp trophy, and the team gets one nba champs trophy

I don't know about other teams, but I read an article a few months back about the compensation the Celtics received in their title run in the 50's and 60's. They only received a ring IN THEIR FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP ONLY!! Some of them were paid so low that they needed to get summer jobs to get them through until the new season started. Basketball was in the back burner during those times that bonuses and TV coverage were extinct.
