If u want to flip someone then grab their neck and lift with the arch or ur back then pull them foward and flip them. Give um a nice full force punch in the gut and when there bent over give them one right in the nose. Works everytime. 19. I fight with my own form of freeform martial art.  I was never taught, I learnt naturally.  Move quickly, and deflect attacks by moving their arms aside with your arms.  Don't get hit by their fists.  Attacking with palm heels reduces the chance of breaking your knuckles, and can hit spots more accuratly and with more speed.  If you train your thumb or finger to be harder than normal (poke hard stuff alot as hard as you can) and memorise the vital pressure points, you can very easily disable someone with a single finger.  I stay away from kicks - thier risky, and without training, hard to pull off well.  As a general rule, attack only immedatly after deflecting an opponant's attack to stop them from blocking, and build up quick combos to confuse them.  A swift downward palm to the forehead can severly stun or drop an opponant.  When using open palms to fight, curl your fingertips as flat as you can, try only to hit with the palm heels to reduce risk of damage.  Twisting limbs can easily severely place the fight in your favour, disabling an opponant until surrender.

Throws or grapples are more risky than standard attacks, as they are easily turned back upon you.

Practice speed above all else.  A fast fighter can easily beat a strong fighter as long as he blocks correctly without facing the brunt of the force.

Don't harm people when they are down.  It's just friggen' unfair, and it doesn't show superiority.  If the opponant surrenders, let them leave.  You have won, further violence will not be worth it.

Of course, if at all possible, avoid extensive conflict.  End fights quickly and effeciently - the longer the fight goes on, the higher the chance of you getting hurt.

Avoid any conflicts involving unfair odds.  Many people underestimate the power of having more people.  Just because they have twice as many limbs, doesn't mean thier only twice as strong.

Finally, above all else - avoid conflict in general.  Anything that cannot be settled with words is not worth fighting over.

Fight only should another iniate an unavoidable conflict.
