ok im thinkn about goin from brazil indiana on a 12 speed mountain bike to eminence kentucky.. ok u ppl can save the "r u frickin nuts" speech cuz been there done that. its about 140 miles to where im gonna meet em so they can pick me up.. ok i know im retarded but i gotta c my baby girl...so how long u think it would take me goin on the mountain bike?

I think you have what I'd call a pseudo mountain bike, given that you called it a twelve-speed.

As you've been told, put some smooth tires on it, like the ones on a fat tire cruiser, more narrow if you can find them.

Make sure your seat is high enough so that there is not so much bend in your legs.  People run their seats way too low.  You need to use your power efficiently.

Two days if the wind gods smile on you.  Four days if not.

I just looked at the terrain on Google Maps.  You're looking at 165 miles...and hills, hills, and more hills.  Me?  One looooong day with no guarantees.  Stronger riders than I have blown up on such a ride.  You?  Four days.

Sorry to be blunt, but that's the way I see it.
