Wat do you think she meant!?

i was at a school event and we were waiting in line for some t-shirts. there were different lines for different sizes and i happen to wear an adult small. the line i was in had one of my friends passing out the shirts (she was a girl) and when i got up there she laughed and said "ha you wear a small cause your small hahaha." obviously she could be talking about me in general or was she talking about my p***s size? wat do you think?

She could have meant either, but being a bratty and immature girl, she probably mean down there.  It was inexcusably rude of her to say something like that.  Just ignore jerks like that - there are plenty of good comebacks to jibes like that, but it isn't worth the time and wouldn't make you any better than she is.

I think she was referrin to ur p***s but I wouldn't take it seriously if I was you... she's just joking around :)

If she did mean it for real.. prove to her that your not!

I think she was talkin bout ur size down there.  She's a jerk if she's teasing you like that though.

Unless she has seen your p***s, she was probably talking about that you are small.  She can't be talking about what she don't know about right?  If she was talking about your p***s, trying to make fun of you she don't seem like a very good friend.
