well, I could tell you that it means you're in the first standard deviation above normal, which means you're smarter than 50% of the people who took the test that you did.  However, and I stress this...it doesn't really mean a great deal in reality.  I.Q. tests focus on only one kind of intelligence, and are only predicting how "smart" you <could> be.  If you don't use it, intelligence means nothing.  Potential, which is what these tests measure, is a phantom.  A moderately intelligent person who uses all of their resources comes out above a brilliant, but sadly feckless, individual.  

Oh, and by the by...use the spell checker provided next time, please.  Poor spelling makes you look stupid, even if you've got a high I.Q.
