Wat does it mean when your hamsters eyes stick?

My hamsters eyes are not sticking, but in case this were to happen, bc i know this is a sign of wet tail... right?... and i want to know a description or something tell me about it and stuff ,and how to tell if your hamster has wet tail thanks.

Usually, eye issues are just related to the bedding and nothing more. They get something in their eyes. With wet tail there are many symptoms:

"They have a very fluid diarrhea, and develop a wet, soiled, and matted area around the a**s and tail. The diarrhea causes them to become dehydrated, so their eyes may appear dull and sunken."

You might want to change the type of bedding if your hamster keeps having problems.

my hamsters eyes were sticing and when i took him to the vet the vet said that his bedding was too dusty and made his eyes put out more tears than normal

It's more commonly seen in hamsters of weaning age (3-6 weeks old).

Although it cannot be prevented, it can still be treated.

I dont think its a sign of wet tail. But to make sure your hamster doesnt have wet tail is to check there droppings, and when you pet him then you can tell. To cure wet tail you can buy some kind of diharria cure at Petsmart. To not cause diharria dont feed your hamster so much wet food such as fruits and vegtables. Dont feed him citrus fruits or dairy.
