on april 1 every year youtube pulls a prank where every vid you click goes directly to a musick vid featuring a singer named rick something

Rickrolling is an Internet prank involving the music video for the 1987 Rick Astley song "Never Gonna Give You Up".

The joke is a bait and switch: a person provides a Web link they claim is relevant to the topic at hand, but the link actually takes the user to the Astley video.

haha i love that video its funny.the name of the guy who sings that song is rick and i guess people made a joke out of it and say that you've been rick roll'd if you watch his video or something lol
