Wat happen if i only change the oil and not the oil filter in a motorcycle???

  1. In Germany, a mechanic told me once that you really only need to change the filter every second, sometimes even only every 3rd (depending on the oil, how often you change it, etc) time.

    It makes sense, because think about it: will the filter really be clogged up when you change the oil? Probably not.

  3. The clogged filter won't do its job(Filtering) properly and you will end up with your oil not performing properly. It's just lubricating everything after all. Don't be cheap... a filter only costs a few bucks so change it.Its better than an engine repair.

  4. You will blow your whole engine up!!!

    Nah, not much, might need to change oil a little more often because it will not get filtered as well, not serious.
