A good leader number one knows what he/she is leading, if its your job then you must know it inside and out, a leader is someone that others look up too and admire for their knowledge, skill and level of expertise, a good leader also knows how to be a follower when necessary, and how to decern the two.  most importantly a good leader is respectful to those under him/her, never be arrogant and never snobish, but very humble. This is tru e leadership.
