There is another technique called Power Reading. Accordingly, speed reading is good only for magazines, newspapers and not-so-important articles, when it comes to scientific papers or materials that need more thought along the way, the read slows back to what is "normal".

read regularly..ull definately increase ur speed..normal speed is that which a reader or a listner can easily understand
