Wat is Windows Media Center???

ok when i bought my windows vista it came with lots of preinstalled programs ,and i have this proram called windows media center its almost like windows media player but different it takes up the entire screen and has options like watch dvd,play song ,look at pics and so on i rarely use it bcuz i cant acess it only when i put a dvd and it is a autoplay option only then does it open ,i want to know does it come with win vista and if it doesnt wats it value in USD$$$ oh and how do i get to it

windows media center in vista, provides the best media experience ever presented, it provides the best music control experiece and a whole lot more like watching videos.

why dont u search on the internet about the price. stop wasting ppls time. we hav better things to do.
