-Wind

-Dinosaur

-Machine

-And the newest the Dragon Lords

You can buy them at every toy and card store

Although you need to personalize them in your own way, these decks are complete with 1 official rulebook, 1 strategie/suggested card list, I game mat, 40 cards of deck...

I'd say any deck in which most of the needed cards come in a structure deck. For example, the Zombie Starter gives you most of the cards you need, and so does the Water.
