Wat is an instant message on internet hou can i creat it?

Literally, It is an "Instant Messaging" system.  A box opens and you can add contacts, friends, and send them "Instant Messages".. Chat back and forth like on the telephone but without sound - Although if you get a Microphone you can add sound - the other person needs it too.

The best one is Yahoo Messenger, in my opinion.  Just go to : http://www.yahoo.com/messenger

and download it.  You'll like it.  You can even make yourself "Invisible" so others cannot see you if you don't feel like talking - or talk to several people at once!
