Just let yourself be open to new ideas, read alot, see new things and keep a positive outlook. Drugs do not help you be creative contary to popular belief.

creativity is basically an extension of your own personal individuality. so if you be yourself, you will inevitably be creative to some effect.

in all pragmatic terms, creativity is based of the word "creation". so basically cultivating something new or original.
