i ordered something from ebay and it said it was on flat rate shipping and i was wondering if anyone can tell me how long it usually takes???????????????????????????

  1. Flat rate just means that no matter where you live the shipping charge will be the same. The person probably set a price that would cover anyone. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks in the US depending on the distance and method.
