It's a whole city full of huge hotels with casinos.  Everything is open 24 hours, the city never sleeps.  It's full of any kind of entertainment you can think of.  Here are some great pictures of the city.

las vegas is spanish for 'la fenetre' which in turn is french for 'the window'. Vegas is a relatively small double glazing firm in Nevada. USA which caused controversy in 2005 for their ''Jesus is a lobster' marketing campaign in which billboards displayed a half messiah half lobster creature in an erotic embrace with a window. keep well clear.

There is NO game called Las Vegas.  Las Vegas is a city if Nevada in the United States where gambling is legal for anyone over 21 and prostitution is illegal.
