  1. 1) Negotiation is a way to communicate with different parties for

        the final purpose to reach agreement by each single party.

    2) Express what you are thinking according to a certain deal as

        much as you can, and find out the compatibilities between you

        & other parties!

Negotiate is to try to make a more favorable deal for yourself by offering what is to your advantage in compensation, rather than agreeing to set terms.  Generally, the other party will then "counter" your offer, or make a proposal of a deal which is more in their favor, and less in yours.  This process continues, with the gap between the two sides hopefully narrowing until an agreement is made.  It is tricky to do, because you risk offending the other party by too low an offer, or too many low offers, or risk making a proposal which is not as low, or good, as it might have been for you, as well.  It requires great knowledge of the product involved, some research into the market values, and insight into the other party's willingness to negotiate.
