Wat is the best bird for me to get?

wat kind of bird should i get

i want it to be

clean

smart

easy to train

fun to be wit

and not so loud or noisy

any help would be great thanx

It is difficult to say what would be a good 1st bird.  It depends on you.  The most common species are cockatiels, lovebirds, budgies, and green cheek conures (the quiet conures).  Get a hand raised bird from someone you trust and that not only feeds the bird, but spends time socializing their birds.  The bird will be more costly, but well worth it.

  Birds are very clean animals.  They only are dirty if their human doesn't take care of them properly.  BUT if you want a bird that isn't messy and makes little noise -- a stuffed animal would probably be good.  Don't expect a bird to be anything but a bird.

Loud, fun and social

Possessive of family members and living spaces

Destructive to furniture, molding and drywall

Enjoys throwing wet pieces of grape juice soaked green bird pellets on “Egg Shell White” painted walls

Intelligent enough to train the entire family to do their bidding whether it’s with a quick nip, glass shattering scream, or cute little phrases they like to say

Intelligent enough to not want to learn any tricks since watching the family make fools of themselves trying to get them to learn is much more fun than actually doing the trick themselves

definatly a cockatiel parakeets are really noisey... cockatiels are really affectionate too

Cockatiels are a good starter birds, they can learn to sing a song you like, they can even talk. They can play peekaboo. You put them on your shoulder and they'll nibble on your ear and play with your hair. They can be quiet when you tell them to. Plus their cute.
