  1. It all depends on the situation.  If you are in the fairway and have a tight lie it is typically best to use a pitching wedge, but depending on what is in front of you and where the hole is on the green you may want to use either a sand wedge or lob wedge.  If there is a lot of green to work with use the pitching wedge and if the pin is on the front edge you want to use the lob wedge so the ball will not roll as much. the sand wedge is good for inbetween shots.

  2. i think the 7 iron

  3. Hugely dependent on many varying factors unfortunately:

The lie (tight, soft, level), the green responsiveness (links hard, parkland soft), the conditions (wind, rain), the way you feel, are there any obstacles en route, etc, etc???

A good stock shot on a dry fairway, tight lie, little or no wind with the greens relatively responsive is to punch in a low 52. Put the ball in the back of your stance (which should be slightly open), all your weight on your front foot and crunch down on the ball (taking the ball before turf) – you can even put a little out to in swing on for more check (kinda like trying to slice it).  The ball should fly out on a low trajectory – take one bounce, check and then release for 3-5 feet before stopping (hopefully by the pin).

    Good luck

  4. pitching wedge, works great

  5. i do something that people probably rarely do....i putt with my 3 wood  idk why but it works once u get the technique and the touch right

  6. Yards you mean?  Any wedge will work if you know how to hit it.  I can hit either my pitching wedge or my sand wedge from that distance depending on what the shot requires.  That is a shot you'll have to practice to figure out what works for you.

  7. It depends on how high or low you need to hit the shot, how much run out you want or if you want it to stop.  But if  you are going to master one it should probably be a 52 or 54 degree sand wedge - you can hit a lot of different shots with them.

  8. it depends how far you hit the ball but if you play golf a lot and can hit the ball pretty far i would take a 56 degree wedge and take a 3/4 swing

  9. Putter it is without a doubt the most accurate club in the bag how can anyone disagree with that.
