I think McDonald's is the best Fast Food restaurant overall.  The food is hot, the service is fast, and the price is right.

Cook Out.  I'm not sure if it's found outside of NC, but that is the BEST fast food I've ever had.  The hamburger patties actually look like meat, not stamped-out cardboard.  There are over 40 milkshake flavors, delicious fries and hushpuppies, and they serve Cheerwine (my favorite soda).  The big surprise is it only costs a little bit more than McDonald's or Burger King.
