wat is the best place to hang out in singapore , for the teens or after school ?

ice skating in jurong, watch movies in cine,shop around in orchard/city hall area,browse for good books in borders or go to a buffet if you;re really hungry!(:

Fast food joints used to be the place (at least when I was still a teen).  There should be a lot more options now, coffee joints, fast food places, libraries, someone's home etc

try the marina club ( previously ponggol marina) I heard it open to public.

u can use all teh facilities there
