Wat is the best way to catch legendariesin pokemon diamond I NEED ANSWERS FAST?

plz i need help now I'm trying to catch Uxie but it wont stay in the balls i throw at it also i already beat the elite 4 and caught all the ledgendaries except cressilia,mesperit ,and uxie

how i caught it was i got 20 ultraballs and eventually caut it

I always save the game before i fight the legendary so if i kill it i just restart it. And use quick balls for Cresselia and Mesprit.

dusk ball - for night time & caves

ultra ball - works very well with low hp and status condition

timer ball - for long battles, if the poke just wont get in the freaking ball

master ball - LAST RESORT

Good moves for pokemon - FALSE SWIPE - will never kill poke just leave it with 1 HP, Spore,Hyponosis ect. status effecting moves

save before you face legend. also moves like Flash and stat lowering moves raises the chance of catching it. bring at least 1 poke that has high defence and special defence, because you need to keep him in there a long time absorbing hits . also if a pokemon runs out of pp using struggle. watch out for recoil damage at 1 HP. but raises the chanche by like 50% i wrote this personally so VOTE me best awnser

Catch it at night so you can use dusk balls. And you have to pick which one bwteen cresselia and mesprit you wanna use the master ball on. only use it on those 2 the others are easily caught with dusk balls or ultra balls.

since uxie is in a cave, the best type of ball to use would be a dusk ball. unless of course you have a masterball left. also try get its health down as low as possible without it fainting. you may not catch it on the first try but just keep at it and eventually you will get it, just make sure you can keep your pokemon alive.
