  1. I suppose it would be a light bulb.  The reverse of using light to emit electrons is to use electrons to emit light.  At least that is one way of being "opposite" in this particular case.


  2. I think it should be electro-photon effect that when electrons strike a metallic surface photons(light) should be emitted from it . I m not sure whether it practically happens or not

  3. how did you get to this that there should be an inverse photoelectric effect , According to this electron should collide with photon & photon comes out from the metal surface but this can't happen since photons don't exist as electrons do , photons are formed when electron jumps from a higher energy level to a lower energy level emitting out a characteristic frequency  .
