you can get a student visa.you need minimum 18 hours of german language course per week.the visa is valid 12 months and you can only GET IT IN THE DEUTSCH EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY.you need to show you have a place to live in germany,at least 10 000 euros in the bank,an insurance card for doctors accidents etc,the payed enrollement to the language school-if you do not speak the language you can study nothing else!a special picture of your self and a letter in german as to why you wnat to study german.if you do this and get to go you do have to go to the school.or find out about a tourist visa-3 months- and get the papers to get married ready.
