It wasn't Lauryn Williams' complete fault the woman that passed it to her(forgive me I forgot her name) didn't wait to make sure she completely gripped it and her hand was in an awkward position to receive the pass. I know she must feel so disappointed though. Yikes twice in two Olympic games.
