Ziti n meat balls;chicken tenders;sliced ham;pasta salad;califlower w/brocoolli w/cheese sauce;dinner rolls.(lots  a lil desserts) chips,pretzels nachoes. A big watermelon salad,[cut melon in half long ways take out melon,put diced melon,honeydew cantelope,grapes,strawberries etc.back in the half watermelon shell].And one awesome cake. happy b-day!

That depends what time the party is.  If it's around a main meal time, you need to serve a meal.  If it's after dinner, serve an assortment of snacks and drinks.

I think you're looking for 'populist' food. Things that will keep everyone happy. So in certain respects, you're going for the standards - pizza, chips, etc. I would also recommend that you don't get anything that'll be too messy or difficult to eat - lots of people wear expensive clothes to these!

Little sandwiches of all kinds: cucumber and dill, pb and j, ham cheese, turkey and cheese, etc.  make them cute and little like little tea sandwiches.  Some fruits and veggies, fun cocktails that are non-alcoholic...some other good snacks to have around.  Some candies in a cute bowl...oh it will be so cute and fun...HAVE FUN!
