uhh it sometimes has stuff like that,

but it discourages it.

its usually not on the cover.

just skip the articles.

in a couple of issues they'll have stuff about growing up, like what to do if you start your period. but that's only in one issue i know of.

there's no sexual stuff at all. it tells you the cutest bathing suits and out fits and whatmakeup to wear. nothing bad.
