  2. RB though lately the trend has been leaning towards QB.  But even with this trend, RB's still have the most Heisman winners overall.

    Running backs have a combined 42 Heisman winners

    Quarterbacks have a combined 26 Heisman winners

    1973-1983 all 11 Heisman winners were Running backs

    Although, since 2000 there has been 7 QB winners and only 1 RB winner which was Reggie Bush in 2005, so I think there is a new wave of Heisman winners
