  1. utilization of a good spell checker in your case!

  2. 1. If you are talking of email, then never type sender's email id on To: box before you have typed the entire email. This is because, often we hit send before the mail is really complete.

    2. Re-read your mail at least once after typing it out.

    3. Use appropriate signature at the end like:

    Regards,

    YourName.

    Designation

    4. Make sure if you have any signature in email, it is something official like your company name.

    5. Do not use your office email id for personal correspondence for that use free mails like yahoo or hotmail.

    6. Always be concise and clear, rather than verbose and vague in official correspondence.

    7. The To: should contain names of people who are primary recepient of the mail. The Cc: should contain the names of people who are only fyi.. and do not need to do anything about the subject of the mail.

    8. Try not to use bcc (blind cc) feature for emails. If you want to inform someone of the mail you are sending, Forward your mail to them instead. This allows the other person to be able to respond to your email (people would not like to respond to a email they are bcc'ed on, and they should not).
