  1. If you have a friend or someone with you that will play with you bump and/or set to yourself then to your partner. If you want to increase your vertical so you can jump higher do any kind of squat jumps or get something thats like less then 2 ft and do like 2 reps of 20 or something like that. For spiking you can hit the ball against the wall and when it pops back up just keep on doing it. When your with a partner one of yall can bump to them they can set to you then you can hit it at them and then itll just keep going on from there. Lay on the floor set to yourself walk around bumping the ball. practice your footwork 1. step and hopyou just step then take a big hop 2.step cross hop- step cross your feet and hop pretty self explanatory but you know jsut in case. make sure when your doing those you try to cover as much area as you can when doing those.

    Hope these help!!

  2. Get a group of at least three friends and do a bumping circle. Just bump the ball back and forth. On my team we always did that.

  3. lift weights, run, jumprope, crunches, and if u have steps, then run up and down them or jump on and off of them

  4. ok first lets start out with diving for a ball if you have a linoleum kitchen or other smooth surface  put your kneepads on and practice diving for a pretend ball in there but not when someones cooking you might annoy them. you dont need a running start just walk up to the kitchen and drop to your knees like the ball was in front of you with your hands straight out like they teach you.

Second is the set up you need a volleyball or a rubber bouncy ball and a back yard free of obstacles. all your going to do is bounce the ball off your fingertips straight above your head over and over again. Use only your fingertips and after awhile you should be able to do this for hours without stopping.

Last is spiking and this might be hard but the way our high school taught us was to make three different size wooden boxes each one raising in height just a little more. Jump on the lowest one with both feet together and then spike on the way down and then go to the next and the next. These drills should help you, our volleyball team was the best.

  5. v-ball is a good sport, try running up to the net and practice spiking it over and over again that always helps me, or volly the ball by yourself or with a friend like keep it in the air for a bit. Good Luck!

  6. You can bump aginst a wall, or bump with a friend outside, you can set to a wall, and even surve to a wall.

  7. you need to stretch before and after each game

    ;D

and you can practice bumping. setting, diving all that funn stuff

get a net and set it up in ur backyard/front yard invite friends over and your set and just practice a lot and you will eventually get a lilttlebetter

best ofluck. my wishes to ya!!

  8. okay this is goig to be hard to explain: three players & two balls: it's called "rapid fire passing. you have 1. one girl one side of the net [serving or putting ball in play] on the other side of the net is the girl 2. bumping/setting & a t3. arget at the net on the same side of the net of the girl bumping/ setting.

    so it's like this       girl 1            |net| girl 3            Girl 2

girl 1 serves ball to 2 and girl 2 bumps ball. girl 3 throws her ball to girl one and catches the ball bumped/set by girl number 2. and it repeats over. so it's fast: rapid-fire passing. haha.

and as you guys get the hang of it have the server step back a little farther and do harder down balls instead of just just serving it over the net.

  9. Ok, all you need are a ball and a house, and you.  The first drill is bumping and setting it against the house.  See how many times you can do it in a row, and try to get a higher number every time.  Then there are lines on your driveway, the like cracks in rows you know?  Well, stand behind the one closest to your garage (make sure the garage door is shut) and serve it from that close, don't step over the line.  After you get ten in a row from there, move back a line, and so on.  I think the fourth line (possibly the third one) is the actual serving distance, and the garage door is the actual net size, basically, mine has like a strip of white paint that is the actual net size.  I fyou have two people that are willing to help also, have on of them stand at the bottom of your driveway, and one of them stand next to you and throw the ball up.  Then you spike it onto the house, and the person at the bottom of the driveway catches it.  If they are from your team, you can switch off on who gets to spike and catch and throw. Well, hope this is enough for ya, lol.
