Soy oil can be used to produce margerine. Milk can be made by soaking the beans, then pulverizing them in boiling water.  The milk is then consumed or packaged as soy milk, or as an additive to infant formula.  Or a coagulent can be added to the milk which turns it into tofu.  The beans can also be made into a high-protein flour that can be used to give a protein boost to baked foods.
