  4. Hi Joe, How come you asked the same question 4 days ago and now. Here is your answer

Venture capital are capital that other people invest into say your business in view of your profits. which is the reason as to why these people are known as Ventured Capitalist.

There are obviously rules on using VC as they are very careful on where and whom they invested their monies into in view of the safe return.

VC started in the days after the 2nd world war and as there were many unemployment due to the fact of the men coming back from the wars and the women whom was once a housewife now refused to go back home to stay put as they have shown to be good productive workers thereby causes problem in the economy

Therefore to help all these good and skill people to turn up industries to help the economy in those years, the Bank of England together with Standard Chartered Bank and other consortium of banks therefore started a Venture Capitalist funds

Banks usually have very strict lending rules and by virtue of their rules are not able to grant loans without the necessary collatorals. However, VC are allowed to undertake risk as such well calculated risk within their spectrum of rules

VC are the ones that help the many MNC to become what they are today as a matter of fact.

But becareful with today's VC many of the so called VC today are nothing more than sharks whom have no interest in you rather than just to bite off everything including your underwear.

have fun and if you have more question you can email me personally.
