all right i play football right now and i quit band but now i found out that i won't get to play because there is richer kid that are in front of me and i was wondering if i should join band again

Dude wealth and poverty is no excuse to not play. You should play with this mentality...F the kids that have it all. I'm taking their playing time. Money ain't got nothing to do with heart, skills, or hard work. While they rest on the laurels you go out work hard and make plays.

But of course if you like music then h**l I ain't stopping you.

You probably should if you quit that easily.  If you really wanted to play football you would work hard and beat that other kid out for your position.
