Some are just bigger than others without being overweight.  If yours is overweight then I would start by reducing the amount of food he eats.  If you free feed then take away the food sometimes.  It may annoy the other cats, but they'll manage.

If they aren't already on high quality food then try switching them to something with no fillers.  Corn and the other junk in many cat foods leads to weight gain because that stuff is pointless for cats to eat.  Look at the ingredients and buy something with lots of meat (not meat by-products).

Some cats will eat out of boredom so limit his access and try to increase his activity.  Making him "work" for his food can help too.  Find clever ways to hide his food so he has to put forth a bit of effort to find it.

I'm assuming by stone you mean weight.  If your cat is becoming a rock I have no idea how to help. :) good luck!

How old is your cat? You know, elderly cats are not very playfull as young cats sare. How old are the other cats? Did you adopt them all? Or they are - mother and kids, siblings or somewhat else?

I have 3 cats - two of them were together for life, and the 3-rd cat was adopted 5 months ago. She is not very outgoing, and sometimes she behaves like "a stone". She does't allow us to hold her, she scratches a lot and likes to hide under the bed... I think she had a very difficult life in previous. We are trying to calm her, to pet her (as we can), and I think there is some progress...

Just be patient and kind to your "stone" cat, and, I hope, everything will be fine. Give her a chance to become a loving pet. Show her your love. That's all.
