  2. hummus, pita, veggies... at least that's what i just had and it was good :)

  3. falafel, a hummus roll-up, or some pesto pasta with pine nuts-- instead of parmesan cheese add 1/4 cup chick peas to a large bunch fresh basil, a handful of fresh parsley, a handful toasted pine nuts, salt and pepper in a blender, then blend while drizzling olive oil until it is well blended but still thick. Mix with hot pasta, red bell peppers, toasted pine nuts and remaining chick peas (I simmer the chick peas in vegetable stock for 20 minutes to increase flavor and texture). That's my favorite vegan recipe, try it its delicious

  7. humm it depends what you are in the mood for if you are feeling the same way i am then you might want to venture out to the kitchen and get something summery like fruits (Strawberry's, bananas, apples, anything alone those lines)!
