Go to the Jello website.  They have all kinds of good recipes using puddings, dream whip and the like.  I've made quite a few of them over the years and they are very good.

Ice Box Cake

3 ripe bananas

about 10 graham crackers

1 pkg. of vanilla pudding, use directions on package

Directions

Line bottom of 9 by 9 pan with graham crackers. Add some of the pudding on top. Add sliced bananas on top of that. Continue to layer these 3 ingredients and chill. Add some sprinkles on top.

You could just fold about 3/4 of the container of Cool Whip with a can of pie filling and put it into the crust. Then put the rest of the Cool Whip on the top and chill ... or try this one:

LEMONADE PIE

1 large container Cool Whip

1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted

1 can Eagle Brand sweetened, condensed milk

1 9" graham cracker crust

Mix everything together well and put into the crust. Chill ....... You can also use limeade concentrate and it tastes like Key Lime Pie

Lots of things...

Cheesecake or key lime pie filling are my favorite choices. But you can use virtually any cream pie filling -- banana cream, coconut cream, etc. Or a no-bake Jello fruit pie would also work.

You can mix 1 pkg cream cheese, and 1 small container cool whip. You can add in all kinds of stuff. Mints, chocolate, fresh fruit, undiluted juice or drink concentarte.

For example use frozen pina colada concentrate (undiluted-about 3-4 tbsp) mix it in woth the cream cheese, add in some crushed pineapple-well drained, and then fold in the cool whip. Spoon into shell, top with more whipped cream and toasted coconut.

for the pie filling? Chocolate pudding, banana pudding, lemon meringue, those are my favorites.  ( seperate though, not all in the same pie :} )

A pudding mix, but substitute Cool Whip for the milk, any flavor you like. It makes a great pie.
