Wat shuld be my strategy if iknow that I will recive my payment late?

my datters have already made late to clear my dues now it has blocked my liquidity and I am finding it difficult to clear my dats tomy creaditors. I need sugetions which can brain wash my mind and help me in sustaining or improving my current position.

Best way never commit a creditor for payment on behalf of a commitment by a debtor.

Because when u depend upon a receipt u get disturbed when it is not received in time.

the further policy will depend upo n nature of your business, terms with debtors and creditors, market policy of yr competetors.etc
