if u wanna hide ur legs but still look trendy then wear a tight slax(which is 2-3inces below ur knee)but not of the same colour as ur skirt, orelse u can wear very short length slax under ur mini skirt. and coming to ur shorts, i think panty would b enough.

i would say a short, it looks much less revealing than a mini skirt. coz when you are inside you'll be with your family not your friends.
