  1. me running track at school i always eat fruit before  so a banana would be ideal


  2. I never eat before I run.  But I don't run more than 6 miles at a time.  When my husband has a long run he will usually eat a banana with peanut butter about 30 minutes before.

  3. You shouldn't. Not right before. Fruit (banana) is best for afterwards.

  4. Bananas are great. Any light food with Potassium is a good thing to eat before you run so that you won't build up lactic acid and have leg cramps.

  8. NONE. try to run in the morning and dont try water right before running you should only take a sip just enough to get your mouth wet. but if your runnign the afternoon drink water all day long eating carbs will give you more energy during your run. Dont drink any milk.
