i found out by my doctor imin danger ob hbp and diabetes.

  2. Your doc should get you in touch with a registered dietician to go over your food choices, I'm thinking.  

    Talk with doc about exercise routines that will work for you now.  

    Be patient with yourself on the new lifestyle.  For many a change in lifestyle can overcome high bp & diabetes.  I hope you're one of them.

    don't eat a lot of sugar, I hear that's a major cause of diabetes  

  4. first, spelling could improve;) but honestly, there are many ppl with HBP and diabetes. first, get connected with others with similar situations, then start familiarizing yourself with such symptoms. then look for ways to lower BP and diabetes (probably controlling sugar levels). im sure if you do a little research, you'll find many success stories so don't give up. Whatever happens, don't let it depress you: understand it may be a fact of life, but don't get depressed

  6. Sounds like you maybe overweight.  I rec that you listen to your Dr. Start eating healthy, exercise, lower your stress. Diabetes and HBP are dangerous. Be careful.

  9. The only thing that I understood was that you went to your doctor and you have diabetes.  Do what your doctor says to do for your condition.
